We hope that you are happy with your purchases from CosiKids, however should you need to return any items, please inform the returns department by sending us an email to customerservices@cosikids.co.uk with your order reference number and the reason of return, within 7 days of delivery.

Alternatively, you can speak to one of our customer services team on 01736 757889 (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm) who will be happy to deal with any issues you may have.

Please return items unused, and in the same condition and packaging as they were received. In the unlikely event that we have sent you the wrong item, or your order arrives damaged, we will refund the full cost of your return postage. We regret however that we are unable to refund the cost of postage if you send your order back for a refund. Please see Section 10 of the Terms and Conditions for more information.

Refunds will be made in the same manner as the original payment, so please allow up to 10 working days from the date of refund for the credited amount to appear back in your account. Your statutory rights are not affected.
