We hope that you are happy with your purchases from CosiKids, however should you need to return any items, please inform the returns department by sending us an email to customerservices@cosikids.co.uk with your order reference number and the reason of return, within 14 days of receipt.

Alternatively, you can speak to one of our customer services team on 01736 757889 (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm) who will be happy to deal with any issues you may have.

Please note that items must be returned unused, and in the same condition and packaging as they were received. In the unlikely event that we have sent you the wrong item, or your order arrives damaged, we will refund the full cost of postage; however we regret we cannot refund the cost of returning an item that does not fit, so please ensure you select the correct size when ordering.

Refunds will be made in the same manner as the original payment, so please allow up to 5 working days from the date of refund for the credited amount to appear back in your account. Your statutory rights are not affected.
